I had an amazing time at Falcon Hills. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and my room was always clean, with unique towel decorations every day. The massage at the spa was excellent, especially thanks to Ibrahim and Tamer. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor in my room.
